The etablishment was founded by " Louis Simorre " in 1889.
For 115 years, generation of people from Toulouse habe been coming to enjoy an evening aperitif after work.
The decor evokes the Garonne river and its bridges and was created by " Paul Almeric" in 1942. Abore the door, you can notice a clock that belong to a customer who, every Thursday, winds it up at 12h10. It is always stuck at that time.
Louis Simorre created brevage called " Quinquina " made from caramel and plant substances, which was very successful at the time.
Since 1990, the local of etablishment, which was created by Louis Simorre, as well as the interior paintings and bistros, have been classified as historical monuments.

During the Roaring Twenties, it served as a popular dance venve.
The local is Art Deco-Style, with painted columns.
The famous marquee and its distingued capuchin monkey are classified or protected.
You will be welcome by the very ptofessional manager and his great team.
