You can't say I don't pamper you, I'm giving you some very different good places to have a great evening in Toulouse.
The first is a river-garden called " La Tribune".
The secondis a barge that will take you on the Garonne and let you see Toulouse from the water.
It's called " L'Horizon ".
The River-Garden La Turbine:
It is located at Bazacle, at 11, Quai Siant-Pierre 31 100 Toulouse.
It opened 3 years ago, I've wanted to go there a log time and I was not disappointed. I myself worked in catering for 6 years so I know.
The Bazacle is actually a former hydrohelectric plant transformed into an exhibition venue. A few months ago there was a magnificent Van Gogh exhibition and currently it's Lego Bricks occupying the place.
So have a look at their programming schedule, perhaps you'll find a good exhibition to see. But le's to our topic of the day the-river-garden " La Turbine ".
It already benefits from a magnificent location as it offers a view of the entire historic center of Toulouse and the Garonne.
Next, the decor is impeccable and weel-kept.
You'll immediately find yourself in a haven of peace.
The staff is very professional, know thier jobs well, very polite and responsive. there is a very nice bar where the bartender prepares wonderful cocktails for you.
The food is no disappointment-there not a lenthy menu but that's the secret to success in catering these days.
You will have the choice between tapas or dishes, I highly recommend theur fish of the day, it's a real treat.
There it is I have nothing but praise for this river-garden and I just have to recommend you to try it.
I had a magnificent evning with my friend Isabelle.
At the end of the evening, the river-garden dons its lights.
The Barge " L'Horizon":
It is located at " Port Viguerie ", along the Garonne River, in the Saint-Cyprien neighborhood.
It offers the most beautiful view of the right bank of the Garonne in Toulouse.
Adike was built in the 18.th century to contain the fury of the river.
During that time, it was a commercial port.
Manu Spanisch refugees who fled Franco settled in this neighborhood.
That's why the quay was named " Quai of the Sapnisch Republican Exile".
Now, let's get back to the barge " L'Horizon ".
It's already very interesting to see Toulouse from the water, the Garonne offers a different perspective than from the qauys.
The barge is classy and well-maintained.
You have three options to choose from.
First you can opt for the " Apero Tapas Croisière " formula, which lasts for 1 hour. At 8. pm, you can have a cocktail of your choice and enjoy it while admiring the pink city to the sounds of a DJ's music.

The second option in dinner cruise, which lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Boarding starts at 8:15 pm and departure is at 8:45 pm.
You will be offered Mediterrenean cuisine with influences from Greece, Israel and Lebanon.
All of this prepared by an experienced chef ans served by friendly and professional staff.
Alternatively, you can choose to stay on board for the entire evning.
In any case, it certain that you will an unforgettable experience.
One last detail, in both cases, it is best to book your evening well in advance, sometimes up to 10 days ahead.
